We wish you would like to buy your IRANHandcraft, but if you find it inappropriate or completely dissatisfied, please let us know by email.

We wish you will love your IRANHandcraft purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you’re not entirely satisfied, please notify us within 7 days by email (info@iranhandcraft.com) of your intention to return the product(s). Otherwise, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please kindly note for the customer is responsible for return postage fee to the Store.

After your return request is approved by us (within 2 business days), please then proceed to request your return online. we will then issue you a confirmation email within 2 business days where you can find the return address.

We ask that you return products to us unused, in their original packaging with any tamper seals intact. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement if returned products (with a completed returns form) reach us within a month. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit.

We accept returns under the following situations:

Please notify IRANHandcraft directly within 2 days of receipt of the products if there is damage along with the details of the damage. Also send us images of the work with close ups of the damaged portion(s).

Please kindly note that 15% of the item total sale amount is deducted from your refund due to administration and processing fees.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided to you at your return approval email. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCEDURE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

REFUNDS
Refunds are processed in a maximum of 20 days from the date on which IRANHandcraft receives returned goods. The amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid or any other account which you announce us.
